Kayak Tours Terms & Conditions (Excluding Glowworm Kayak Tour)

• As the kayak tours fill up very quickly, and require preparation in advance, payment in full at the time of booking, for all persons joining the tour is required, to confirm your booking.
• Waimarino reserves the right to cancel the tour on the day, due to weather or any safety concerns. If this is done, an offer to participate in the tour on another day, or a full refund, will be made.
• If a cancellation is made prior to 2 hours of the scheduled departure of the tour, with consultation of the Waimarino manager, a full refund will be made. A postponement to another day, will also not incur any charges.
• If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled departure of the tour, a 20% service charge will be withheld; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If persons fail to arrive for scheduled departure of the tour, without notifying Waimarino before the stated departure time, the full balance of the tour payment will be withheld.
• Payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
